The purpose of this bid is to retain the services of a qualified and competent contractor to furnish and install a three-sided storage style building to cover a street sweeping/catch basin cleaning drying bed at the Town's Compost Facility located at 157 John Street in Wallingford, Connecticut. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 4/7/2022 5:00 PM 1 Truss Frames Heavy Duty 12 gauge 2-3/8" (minimum) Triple-coated Galvanized Steel Tubes engineered to resist 100 MPH winds and 50 PSF snow loads 2 Building dimensions 40 feet wide x 50 feet long x 26 feet high 3 Sidewall height - minimum 18 feet 4 Weight - 21.5 oz. tear-resistant 5 Color - hunter Green 6 Cover ultra duty PVC fabric - fire rated compliant with CPAI 84 Section 6 7 Tensioned torque winch system to keep fabric cover in place
