Renovation of a fire / police facility in Newnan, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,730-square-foot fire / police facility.
The City of Newnan, Georgia, located 35 miles southwest of downtown Atlanta, on Interstate 85 South, and county seat of Coweta County, Georgia, is seeking Request for Qualifications from qualified vendors to furnish Construction Manager-at-Risk Services for the renovations for the Fire Training Facility and to work in conjunction with the City's Architect as they finalize the design to produce a Guarantee Maximum Price (GMP) for City Official's approval. The City of Newnan has contracted with 2WR as the Architect to facilitate the design and renovation of the existing Fire Training Facility located at 473 Greison Trail, Newnan, Georgia 30263. B. GENERAL INFORMATION AND SCHEDULE This RFQ has been issued on March 18, 2022. All Firms interested in submitting a proposal MUST REGISTER the Firm's name and appropriate contact information on or before Monday, April 4, 2022 by 2:00PM EST. Registration must be submitted to Ronda Helton, Program Manager, at rhelton@cityofnewnan.org *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
