The project consists of widening, surface treatment, overlay, and striping on Lindsay Lane South from 500' South of Strain Road East to Indian Trace Road. The project will also consist of grading, drainage, driveway removal/replacement work, culvert extension, and guardrail installation. The total length of this project is: 0.853 Miles. The bracket estimate on this project is from $1,200,000 to $1,400,000. This bracket range is shown only to provide general financial information to contractors and bonding companies concerning the project's complexity and size. This bracket should not be used in preparing a bid, nor will this bracket have any bearing on the decision to award this contract. The entire project shall be completed in 90 working days. To be eligible for consideration, bids must be submitted on complete original proposals made available by Morell Engineering. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, consisting of Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, BID, Agreement, GENERAL CONDITIONS, NOTICE OF AWARD, NOTICE TO PROCEED, CHANGE ORDER, DRAWINGS, SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS, SPECIFICATIONS, SPECIAL PROVISIONS, and ADDENDA.
