Alberta Environment and Parks operates Little Bow Provincial Park. Within the park is an RV Sani-dump and connected Sewage Treatment Evaporation Lagoon. The purpose of this project is to clean and treat the lagoon to improve capacity and treatment capability. 1. Mobilization: To Little Bow Provincial Park. 2. Labour, Materials and Equipment: All required labour, materials, equipment,tools, etc. will be provided by the contractor. All waste material must be properly disposed of off-site. 3. Product and Installation Specifications: a) Complete Mobilization and de-mobilization of all necessary tools, equipment and manpower for the cleaning and inspection of the RV Sani-dump Lagoon at Little Bow Provincial Park. b) Complete cleaning and safe removal of solid waste (floating and submerged) of the RV Sani-dump Lagoon at Little Bow Provincial Park, without damage to the cell liner. c) Complete safe disposal of all the removed solid waste off site to an approved facility. This Schedule of Prices forms an integral part of the bid and it is understood and agreed that the following shall apply: .1 Unit prices submitted shall include all costs and charges, including overhead and profit. .2 Every unit price requested shall be submitted, or the bid may be rejected. Proposals should include all applicable costs, including but not limited to mileage, equipment rates, applicable supplies, consulting rates and reporting costs. The vendoris underno obligation to provide a submission forthis project andwill continue to be eligible for future work.
