Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The scope of work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, etc. required to complete the Site Preparation including, but not limited to, excavation, grading, sedimentation and erosion control, utilities, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalk, landscaping and permanent seeding, and building sub-grade preparation. The scope of work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, etc. required to complete the Building Construction including, but not limited to a 9,185 square foot pre-engineered steel building , concrete footings and slab, metal stud framing, insulation, interior wall and ceiling finish, sub-grade soil treatment, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical installations. Representatives of the Owner, Project Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Structural Engineer, and Civil Engineer will be present to discuss provisions of the contract and any plan and construction related questions that need to be addressed. Bidders must be properly licensed according to the General Statues of the State of North Carolina. Each bid must be accompanied by a 5% bid security. Performance and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract amount, will be required prior to beginning work on this contract.
