Renovation of a stadium in Long Beach, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

Work was scheduled to commence on July 18, 2022 and the project is for 90 consecutive calendar days. Provide all labor, materials, and equipment for the removal and replacement all Restroom Partitions located in Long Beach City College Veteran's Memorial Stadium property located at 5000 E. Lew Davis St., Long Beach, CA 90808. 1. Demo and remove approximately 42 restroom partitions and accompanying mounting hardware located in the 3 Men's restrooms and 3 Women's restrooms inside the Stadium structure. 2. Contractor must repair and patch existing mounting holes after original partitions have been removed. 3. Removed partitions should be replaced in the same configuration as originals with the district standard PHENOLIC-CORE TOILET COMPARMENTS with finishes to match the existing colors in the respective restrooms (pink in Women's and gray in Men's). 4. Contractor to provide and install District standard toilet paper dispenser (Bobrick Model B-2892) to replace existing dispensers. 5. Contractor to salvage existing sanitary waste receptacles and re-install onto new Women's restroom partitions. 6. Adjacent areas must be protected. Materials to be protected include but are not limited to: nearby mirrors, sinks, toilets, urinals, lights, and windows. 7. Contractor to verify all partition and toilet paper dispenser numbers and installation dimensions. Please coordinate with the District's Assistant Construction Manager: Chibuikem Agwamba cagwamba.bmt@lbcc.edu Pre-Bid Inquiries Due April 5, 2022 at 10:00 AM Project Duration: 21 consecutive calendar days Pre-bid Inquiries (PBIs): PBIs will be due by Monday, April 4, 2022 before 10:00 a.m. Please email Chibuikem Agwamba at cagwamba.bmt@lbcc.edu with a copy to Erica Bonilla at ebonilla@lbcc.edu. Pursuant to California Labor Code 1771.4(a)(4) the work is subject to payment of Prevailing Wage Rates. Every Contractor and all Subcontractors of every tier, performing any portion of the work, shall pay laborers not less than the Prevailing Wage Rate established for the labor provided. Prevailing Wage monitoring and enforcement shall be by the Department of Industrial Relations. Bid Security Required: A bid bond in an amount not less than 10% of your bid amount must be submitted along with your bid submission. Bonds Required after Award: 100% Payment and Performance Bonds.
