Pima County is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide design/plan phase assistance, and complete construction services as the CMAR for the Canoa Ranch Sewer Extension (3CRAEX) project located in southern Pima County near Green Valley, Arizona. Question Deadline 11/26/2024 County will not accept verbal requests for clarifications or interpretations. Offerors must submit any questions or deviation requests through the Bidnet Direct solicitation portal. All questions must be received no later than seven (7) calendar days in advance of the submittal due date LICENSING: All respondents must hold a valid license of the type required issued by the State of Arizona Registrar of Contractors and maintain same throughout the duration of the contract term. Failure to maintain said license may be grounds for default of the contract and subsequent termination. Certified Small Business Enterprises (SBE) firms are encouraged to participate. Pima County reserves the right to reject any and all qualification statements or withhold the award for any reason.
