Reference number : 1588207 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-04-12 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of Rivière-Ouelle requires tenders for snow removal and road maintenance during the winters of 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025. The total length of the roads to be cleared and maintained is 33.54 kilometres. Snow removal and road maintenance must be done in accordance with the prescriptions and requirements contained in the tender document. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. The Municipality disclaims all responsibility for costs incurred by bidders for the preparation of bids. Awarding of the contract: Tuesday May 3, 2022 at 8:00 p.m.
