Faithful Performance Bond" and Labor and Material Bond" in the amount of 100% of the contract price. Every proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bank cashier's check or bid bond payable to the City of Norwalk in the amount of fifteen (15) percent of the bid. The Work Proposed Herein Must be Completed within 120 Calendars Days of Notice To Proceed City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals/bids or any portion thereof for any reason as it may determine to be in its own best interests.
