Renovation of a detention facility in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit Proposals, in accordance with the procurement and contracting requirements described in this document, from firms interested in competing for the Construction Management Services contract for: Calgary Correctional Centre Replace Exterior Window Assemblies and Hazardous Materials Abatement This project entails both window replacements (roughly 500 exterior windows) throughout the facility and asbestos abatement to many of the ceilings (roughly 3,000 m2). Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project. To obtain the NDA for this project refer to document details in this report.
