Renovation of a municipal facility in East Saint Louis, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Removal and installation of a new 25 ton package rooftop air conditioning unit and other equipment The winning bidder, if any, will be selected at a later date. The winning bidder must be prepared to comply with all applicable laws and provide proof of insurance. The winning bidder must also pay no less than the prevailing rates of wages of all laborers, workmen, and mechanics performing work under the contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Prevailing Wage Act. All bids shall be submitted in writing and signed by the bidder or an authorized agent and must include the bidder's address and phone number. East St. Louis Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities.
