Demolition, site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Renovations include minor demolition, windows, interior work. Contractor will be responsible for renovations at Thunderbolt Park, located at 2290 Farrow Parkway, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. Renovations will include the following: Demolish three (3) openings on the east side of the building to accommodate two (2) 80"x60" windows and one (1) 30"x60" window. Contractor is responsible for all project spoils. Install two (2) 80"x60" windows and one (1) 30"x60" window. Windows to be Kawneer brand, or approved equal. Windows must meet current ICB 2018 impact code. All windows must be both large missile and small missile impact rated. All glass to be low UV. All window frames must be bronze in color to match the existing building. All windows must be sealed to protect against weather elements. Install three (3) window lentils: two (2) lentils at 8-feet long and one (1) lentil at 3-feet long. Supply and install a 42-inch high L-shaped counter that is approximately twenty (20) feet in total length. Counter must have a swing door. Cabinet to be rough cut 1"x6" material. Counter top to be granite (color selected at a later date.) Construct an approximately 11-foot high wall (height to match existing wall.) Exterior of wall must be rough cut 1" x 6" material. Interior must be finished with sheetrock that has been spackled and sanded to a smooth finish. Wall will be painted, with color selected at a later date. In the new wall, install a 3' x 7' solid metal door with metal doorframe. Doorframe must be painted black. Construct a 4-foot high welding wire fence using 4-inch round post with top rail. Fence must be installed on top of the new and existing walls. Paint all new materials and repaired, including any/all areas damaged by demolition or construction with at least two coats of interior semi-gloss paint. There must be sufficient drying time between coats. Colors to match existing color scheme, to be selected by City project manager at a later date. Contractor will be responsible for all building code inspections. At their own expense, Contractor will be responsible to repair any/all damages to existing structure and features that are caused by the demolition and/or construction work.
