Site work and paving for a playground / park / athletic field in Davis, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of June 7, 2022, project was awarded to Jet Mulch Inc., awarded amount is $146,514.5. The City of Davis wishes to procure approximately 4,100+/- cubic yards of Loose Fill Playground Surfacing to be installed in existing playgrounds located throughout the City. Any questions concerning this RFP shall be directed in writing to Dave Knighton, dknighton@cityofdavis.org. All requests for information or questions must be submitted by 2:30 p.m. on April 5, 2022. Any inquiries regarding this Request for Proposals should be sent in writing to the following individual and email address: Martin Jones at mjones@cityofdavis.org. The contract, if awarded, shall be to the most qualified firm, which submits the proposal that, in the sole judgment of City, is in the best interest of the City. The City reserves the right to conduct interviews with any and all proposers. The City further reserves the right to request additional information and/or clarification from any and all proposers. Nothing herein shall require the City to enter negotiations or conduct interviews with any or all proposers.
