Site work for a civil project in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Dunkard Church DGLVR Project includes the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install approximately 1,425 tons of driving surface aggregate (DSA) on Dunkard Church Road in West Bethlehem Township. The project shall also include the removal of the current stone road surface, repairs to the subgrade and ditches in some areas of the road, replacement or installation of twelve 18 smooth lined corrugated plastic pipes (SLCPP) as road crossing and driveway crossings, and installation of rip rap and road fill in designated areas. The bid envelope must be clearly marked Dunkard Church DGLVR. West Bethlehem Township reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals or any portion thereof. Attention of bidders is called to the requirements concerning the payment of not less than the prevailing wage and salary rate provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 for the Dunkard Church DGLVR project. Liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $500.00 per calendar day.
