The Work includes, but is not limited to: The subject project is described in the contract documents and generally consists of interior improvements to Building B (Gymnasium Building) at Renton High School. Improvements include Hazardous Material Removal, selective demolition, remodeling of existing areas, upgrades to finishes, replacement of window systems, and other tenant improvements. Work is scheduled to start after students are released for summer break and completed in phases. Some materials have been pre-ordered. The final phase(s) will be completed after school is back in session for the 2022-23 school year. Bid Documents Return: Deposits will be returned to Bidders upon return of the Bid Documents to ARC in good condition within 10 days following Bid Opening. Apprenticeship Requirement: This Project is estimated to cost one million dollars or more. If "is" is selected, then this Project is subject to the apprenticeship requirements of RCW 39.04.320.
