The purpose and intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit sealed bids from a qualified contractor to provide Parking Lot Improvements at DJ Montague Elementary School, Matoaka Elementary School, and Jamestown High School. Provide all management, supervision, labor, material, equipment, consumables, and supplies required to provide asphalt repairs, sealcoating, and striping. The Work under this Project consists of three (3) WJCC Schools owned facilities as follows: 1. DJ Montague Elementary located at 5380 Centerville Road, Williamsburg, VA 23188. Portions of the parking areas may be closed during normal business hours so that the work may be performed, however school must be accessible at all times in addition, the site may be completely closed during non-business hours. The Contractor shall coordinate with the WJCC Schools Supervisor of Facilities to develop a schedule for this work. The work consists of patching pavement, crack sealing and re-striping of repaired areas in accordance with the appropriate attachment found in the appendix. 2. Matoaka Elementary School located at 4001 Brick Bat Road, Williamsburg, VA 23188 must remain accessible at all times. Portions of the parking areas may be closed to complete the work. The Contractor shall coordinate with the WJCC Schools Supervisor of Facilities to develop a schedule for this work.The work consists of patching pavement and re-striping of repaired areas in accordance with the appropriate attachment found in the appendix. 3. Jamestown High School located at 3751 John Tyler Highway, Williamsburg, VA 23185 must remain accessible at all times. Portions of the parking areas may be closed to complete the work. The Contractor shall coordinate with the WJCC Schools Supervisor of Facilities to develop a schedule for this work. The work consists of stripping, milling, repaving, and re-striping of repaired areas in accordance with the appropriate attachment found in the appendix All questions pertaining to this invitation for bid must be emailed to caprice white, caprice.White@jamescitycountyva.Gov no later then 2:00 p.M.
