The City of Villa Rica and Police Department is requesting bids for the installation of four HVAC systems to supply our Recreation Department's gymnasium. The contractor shall retain professional personnel who have successfully and competently provided services and installations of HVAC systems similar to shis scope and complexity. The contractor will provide the concrete pads for the units to he placed upon. The contractor will have the interior perimeter mgtgi walls spray foamed with closed cell 2". These wails are 19 foot above the CMU walls. The walls are 10 foot tail. The contractor will provide and install the following systems with ductwork. *if the contractor proposes different equipment, it shall be equivalent or better. The City of Ville Rica will have theright to discard any proposals with equipment proposed different than what is listed below, though these prepose Is will he evaluated and considered. The contractor wall install correct site gas sines to each unit The contractor will perform and verify gas demands and calculations to verify that the current meter supply can adequately supply these systems, The contractor will remove six of the e existing suspended heaters and correctly/competently remove the existing gas lines to these units.
