Concrete School District Request for formal bid The Concrete School District is requesting sealed bids for a project intended to reduce potential Elk presence and damage to athletic fields administered by the Concrete School District. The project is a design build and the design and materials must meet the approval of the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife and the Concrete School District. The following work elements include: The Concrete School District will hire a fencing sub-contractor for all phases of the project, including: 1. Removal of 3,350 linear feet of existing fencing including pulling all the old plugs disposed of off-site. 2. Design and installation of 4,470 linear feet of 8' elk fencing,2,150 Linear feet of 6' chain link and 590 Linear Feet of 8' chain link fencing. 3. Design and installation of one 25' double swing gate, three 8'X12' double swing gates, three 6'X12' double swing gates, two 6'X4' single swing gates and four 8'X4' single swing gate. All gates to be chain link. Minimum of gauge wire on all chain link. Gate height must match adjacent fence height All work and invoicing guaranteed to be completed no later than June 17, 2022 and included in the bid documents. The bidder will include a notarized statement, agreeing to comply with prevailing wage and affirmative action requirements. The bidder will also provide payment and performance bonds. .
