The Olivenhain Municipal Water District (OMWD) is requesting Proposals from firms with qualified staff and experience in providing construction management and inspection services for building construction along with water, sewer, and recycled water pipeline installations and related facilities. Construction management and inspection services are necessary to provide documentation of the Contractor's compliance with the contract documents during construction and to assist OMWD staff during the administration of the contract. It is important to OMWD that firms have an established local office. The term of this Professional Services Agreement (PSA) shall be for a period of two (2) years commencing July 1, 2022 and ending June 30, 2024. OMWD shall have the option of two (2) one-year renewals to extend the term of the PSA at OMWD's sole discretion. OMWD has the right to exercise all or any of these options. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
