Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Fleetwood, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Work to be performed consists of approximately 1,148 tons of leveling course, 2,247 tons of 1.5" wearing course, 1,400 tons of 2" wearing course and related work on various roads throughout the Township. Install Roadside Swale, Variable 2A aggregate, 1.5" Wearing Course Bid results will be tabulated and reviewed by the Board of Supervisors during the regularly scheduled meeting at 7:00 PM that same day. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Proposal Security equaling ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal. Proposals shall be effective for forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of opening, and the Work must be completed not more than sixty days (60) calendar days following receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders are advised that Prevailing Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry are not applicable to the project. The OWNER reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals or portions thereof. Certain portions of the project may be modified or eliminated as a result of budget limitations.
