Contract Period: July 1, 2022 Through June 30, 2023 (+2) (or Upon Award) The Victoria Independent School District reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids/proposals and to make awards for individual items as they may appear to be in the District's best interest and to waive all formalities on bidding. No bid/proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids/proposals without consent of the Victoria Independent School District. Post vendor meeting questions may be submitted via email to the Victoria ISD Technology Department, Gregory J. Dandio (gregory.dandio@visd.net) with a carbon copy (Cc:) to Bretny Morales (bretny.morales@visd.net) and Jeffrey Chandler (jeffrey.chandler@visd.net) through Thursday April 20, 2022 at 4pm CST. The questions will be responded to in a single document which will be emailed to all registered vendors no later than 4pm CST on Wednesday April 27, 2022.
