This project involves the surface preparation, application of an epoxy base coat primer and polyurethane traffic coating system to each of the five levels of elevator lobby's and stair tower floors and the associated landings. The southwest elevator lobby / stair tower floors vary in size from approximately 166 square feet to approximately 200 square feet and each of the landings is approximately 50 square feet.Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No,Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15%,Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% The southeast and northeast stair tower floors will be contract alternates and vary in size from approximately 60 square feet to approximately 120 square feet and each of the landings is approximately 50 square feet. The elevator lobby's and each stair tower will be closed, one at a time, to public circulation for the duration of this project.
