Farmingdale State College (SUNY) intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law Section 355(5)(a), which is up to $125,000, for the above noted commodity/product or service. Pursuant to State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k, this solicitation includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between a Governmental Entity and an Offerer/Bidder during the procurement process.
