Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Meridian charter Township, Michigan. Working plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of 12/7/2022, no bids were received for this project. a timeline for rebidding has not been established. Ingham County seeks proposals from qualified and experienced general contractors to enter into a contract for the purpose of making improvements to Lake Lansing Park South. The general scope of work includes, but is not limited to a new restroom and concession building, demolition of a restroom building, HMA parking spaces, concrete sidewalk removal and replacement, site furnishings, sanitary sewer, water and electrical service, signage and restoration. Since the above-referenced project is funded with assistance from a Michigan Department of Natural Resources Land and Water Conservation Fund and Michigan Natural Resource Trust Fund grant, all successful proposers shall comply with all requirements of 1976 PA 453 (Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act), the 1976 PA 220 (Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act), and Executive Directive 2019-09, as amended. State or federal funds are being used to assist in construction and relevant State or federal requirements will apply. PSI Report No. 0406-679
