Site work for a civil project in Bucksport, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The Town of Bucksport (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Stream Crossing Improvements at Jacob Buck Pond Road and Bucksmills Road The Project includes the following Work: Construction of two (2) separate culvert crossing structures. Each structure will be a metal arch culvert founded on concrete stem walls and footings. The scope of work also includes associated paving, guardrail, and embankment improvements, as well as adjustment to the adjacent stream channel. Bidding Documents may be downloaded via the online plan room linked from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are required to register with the online plan room, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The online plan room website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the online plan room. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website Instructions to Bidders. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
