The City of Corpus Christi is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for: RFQ 4083 CDBG Minor Home Repair Program This work will be done utilizing Federal Funds; therefore, Federal Provisions will need to be followed. Requests for clarification concerning the RFQ are due May 6, 2022 by 5:00 PM CT. Responder's questions shall be submitted in writing, online via the City's Supplier Portal using the electronic question feature, specific to this request for qualifications The term of this contract will be for one year. A bid guarantee from each bidder equivalent to five percent of the bid price. A performance bond on the part of the contractor for 100 percent of the contract price. A "performance bond" is one executed in connection with a contract to secure fulfillment of all the contractor's requirements under such contract. A payment bond on the part of the contractor for 100 percent of the contract price. A "payment bond" is one executed in connection with a contract to assure payment as required by law of all persons supplying labor and material in the execution of the work provided for in the contract. The City reserves the right to cancel this RFQ at any time. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Statement of Qualifications submitted in response to this RFQ.
