he Covington Township Sewer Authority (hereinafter "CTSA") requests sealed bids for a three (3) year contract to haul and dispose municipal liquid sludge from its Wastewater Treatment Plant in Covington Township, PA. All bids must be in compliance with the general instructions, information and specifications for bidders and submitted on bid submission forms provided by the CTSA Disposal shall be at a lawful facility approved for sludge treatment disposal by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount for each gallon multiplied by Five Hundred Thousand (500,000). CTSA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and award the contract in accordance with the best interest of the Authority.
