The BIDDER must accompany his Bid with a bid guarantee
equivalent to TEN PERCENT (10%) of the total price proposed in his Bid.
If the Bid is transmitted electronically, the bid security must be
produced in one of the following forms:
a) a bond issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a
Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.14 hereof, which must comply
with the provisions of the model bid bond reproduced in Appendix
4.01A of the Bid Form;
b) an irrevocable letter of guarantee issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a
Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.14 hereof, which must
comply with the requirements of the "Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee" model reproduced in
appendix 4.01B of the Bid Form.
If the Tender is transmitted on paper, the tender guarantee must be
produced in one or other of the following forms:
a) a bond issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a
Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.14 hereof, which must comply
with the provisions of the model bid bond reproduced in Appendix
4.01A of the Bid Form;
(b) a certified cheque, money order or bank draft made payable to
the PUBLIC BODY;
c) an irrevocable letter of guarantee issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a
Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.14 hereof, which must
comply with the requirements of the model "Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee" reproduced
at appendix 4.01B of the Bid Form.
THE PUBLIC BODY wishes to launch a call for tenders relating to the execution
of the repair of the boys' and girls' washrooms at the Marie-Assomption school in Saint-Bruno-de-
Guigues, related to Project No. 426/202144002 ;
Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required. award is subject to final approval.
