This project consists of a selective remodel to our current commercial kitchen including but not limited to: a full replacement of the walk-in refrigerator and freezer, replacement of the existing char boiler, addition of counter top deep fryer, replacement selected prep counter, addition of sneeze guards, installation of handwash station, replacement of dishwasher, replacement of garbage disposal, reconditioning of stainless steel, Installation or two dropdown power cords and removal of ceiling and backwall in wash station to repair dry rot. Should the Contractor fail to commence work at the agreed upon time, the awarding agency, upon five (5) days written notice to the Contractor, reserves the right to terminate this Agreement.
