Renovation of a multi-residential development in Taunton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
1. At 46 toilets: remove and replace: two-piece water closet, wax ring, bolts, water shut-off valve and water supply line from shut-off. a. Owner will determine locations of toilets to be replaced, at various dwelling units throughout the development. 2. If discovered to be severely deteriorated during demolition, remove and replace existing cast iron flange. Refer to Section 01.22.00 - Unit Prices. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Direct questions in writing to gcaswell@tauntonhousing.com. Bidders requesting Contract Documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate check for $40.00 per set for UPS Ground (or $65.00 per set for UPS overnight), nonrefundable Direct questions in writing to gcaswell@tauntonhousing.com.Plan deposits may be electronically paid or by check. This deposit will be refunded upon return of the sets in good condition within thirty (30) days of receipt of general bids. Otherwise the deposit shall be the property of the Awarding Authority.
