Renovation of a municipal facility in Laurel, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
It is the intent of the Commission to find a Supplier to remove, demolish, and haul-off site four (4) existing air conditioning (AC) units, known as "Blazer Units". Removal shall include but is not limited to; air-handling equipment, piping, insulation, mechanical apparatuses, electrical components, ductwork, and all related features associated with equipment on the 8th and 10th floors of WSSC Water - Richard G. Hocevar Building. Units scheduled for replacement: Two (2) Units on the 8th Floor, East and West Sides Two (2) Units on the 10th Floor, East and West Sides Supplier Inquiry Deadline: 04/22/2022 MBE/SLBE Requirement: 6.00%
