This project is the subject of a request for financial assistance from the MAMH under the Program réfection et construction des infrastructures municipales (RÉCIM). A bid deposit in the minimum amount of 10% of the total value of the bid in the form of either a certified check drawn on a Chartered Bank of Canada or on a Caisse Populaire, or a bid bond and an agreement relating to the issuance of bonds, in accordance with the examples attached to the call for tenders document, all payable to the "Municipality of Saint-Honoré-de-Shenley" and refundable under conditions, must accompany the tender. Only bids from contractors having an establishment in Quebec or those having a business establishment in Ontario will be considered, for the purposes of awarding the contract, all in accordance with the ACCQO (Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario), to the AQNB (Agreement on the Liberalization of Public Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (2008) and to the AIT/ALEC (Agreement on Internal Trade / Canadian Free Trade Agreement) and holds , if applicable, the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, cB-1.1).
