Renovation of a water / sewer project in Arlington, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Bid questions received prior to April 11, 2022 at 2:00 pm will be responded to, questions received after this date and time may not receive a response. The firm with the successful bid (CONTRACTOR) shall perform work during established City of Arlington working days and times; Monday-Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, excluding City recognized holidays. CONTRACTOR will be working within an active treatment plant, coordination of all work activities with the WRF Lead Operator is required to ensure continuity of operations. Alternate work days and hours may be permitted based on treatment plant operations. Though not a requirement, bidders are encouraged to register with the Project Administrator, Linda Taylor at 360-403-3526, so they can be apprised of any Request for Bid addendums. All work shall be completed within 40 working days. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any minor informalities or irregularities contained in any proposal, and to accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City. project no : 0597002.02
