Saving Project...

Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

The City of Green Bay is seeking bids to construct and install ten (10) concrete Type 1 anchor bases along with provide and install approximately four hundred and twenty (420') feet of 1-1/2" SCH40 PVC underground conduit. It is recommended that each Bidder wishing to submit a bid visit the site located at Bay Beach Amusement Park, 1313 Bay Beach Road, Green Bay, WI 54302 to do a site inspection and familiarize/review the scope of work. The Contractor shall file with the City, within ten (10) calendar days after the written Notice of Award, a Payment and Performance Bond on the prescribed form in the full amount of the contract price as security for the payment of all persons supplying labor, services, and materials for the execution of the work and the faithful performance of the Contract No bid shall be considered unless accompanied by a bid deposit. A certified check or a bid bond equal to at least five (5) but not more than ten (10) percent of the bid payable to the City of Green Bay as a guarantee that if his/her bid is accepted, he/she will execute and file the contract The work to be completed under this Contract shall commence within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of a written "Purchase Order" or "Notice to Proceed" from the Owner and be completed by May 27, 2022.
