Renovation of an educational facility in Newark, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
In general, the project involves the replacement of existing boilers, pumps, exhaust fans and related work at the Keene Elementary School. Disconnect and remove two (2) existing boilers and two (2) base mounted hot water pumps, three (3) exhaust fans and related electrical services. Provide two (2) new condensing boilers, base mounted pumps with VFD's, boiler recirculation pumps, exhaust fans and related BAS and electrical work. 10.-44 General Contractors and Mechanical Prime Contractors may submit bids on this project.
