As of 05/12/2022 They anticipate completing and doing Bighorn in June prior to 4th of July weekend. Town of Monroe Bighorn Drive/LRIP Project Adams County, Wisconsin The Town of Monroe, OWNER, will accept Sealed Bids for the project listed above. Project Description: The project consists of 3300 ft of Bighorn Drive west from County Hwy Z. The proposed work consists of full depth pulverize roadway grade, water and compact. Haul, place water and compact 2 inches compacted with 1.25-inch limestone base, 24 ft wide. Finish grade, water and compact. Pave 3-inch-thick mat 20 ft wide using 4 LT 58-28S Hot Mix material. Place and compact 2 ft shoulders on roadway using inch limestone base. Paving must include all saw cutting and match into existing hard surface driveways and also 22 ft kickouts for all non-hard surface driveways. All Contractors are required to pay minimum wage rates as determined by the State of Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or accept the lowest responsible bid that it deems to be in the interest of the Owner.
