Reference number : 1588576 The National Capital Commission (NCC) invites bids from companies to provide professional trail design and/or construction services in Gatineau Park, on an as and when required basis. The NCC intends to award a maximum of six (6) COCs which will be in effect for a period of five (5) years from the date of award or until the total level of expenditure is reached, whichever comes first.
