Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Culver, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; municipal facility; municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
The projects will consist of removing/replacing one existing driveway pad and the installation of new sidewalks and pad in Culver. The project will include all demolition and preparation for the improvements. Project Description - Fire Department Apron Improvements 1. The city of Culver, Oregon is planning a construction project to remove an existing concrete pad and bollards from the west side of Culver City Hall in front of the fire department bays. 2. A new concrete pad would then be installed in compliance with specifications. 3. Re-install all (10) bollards at the corners of the roll-up doors. 4. The project will include connecting to an ODOT highway. 5. The city has funding to begin this project upon bid award from prospective contractors. 2. Specifications: o Remove deteriorated concrete apron (80' X 33') on west side of fire station o Remove and re-install 10 bollards at corners of roll-up doors. o Slab(s) need to be 8" thick o #4 rebar, grid tied at 18" centers. (suspended) o Base to consist of a minimum of 6" of 3/4 minus base (compacted) o Rated Pressure - Equal to or greater than 4000 psi. o Slope - 14" slope for the 33' apron. (Slope 14" from the fire hall towards the west to the highway.) o Traffic control to ODOT standards shall be provided by contractor. Contact 541-546- 6494 with questions. No Bond is required. The City of Culver reserves the right to reject any and all bids not in compliance with prescribed bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any and all bids upon finding by the City that it is in the public interest to do so.
