Agenda: 1. Confirm Contractors have the full drawings / specification package, to date. 2. Review the timetable for submitting questions and issuing possible addenda. 3. Confirm the quote due date. 4. Review project scope and schedule; main concepts of the project will be reviewed. 5. Review any particular difficulties related to the project. 6. Tour the site and existing conditions. 7. Question and answer session, as needed. 1. Contractor agrees to complete the Project by August 26, 2022. It is anticipated the building will be ready for before- or after-school work, upon acceptance of quote. Free use of the space during regular hours will be available on June 9, 2022. Submittals and permitting shall begin immediately upon acceptance of quote. 2. Each quote must include all costs for items required to complete all work, including all necessary material(s), overhead, profit and applicable taxes, freight, handling, installation, etc. 3. Contractor is to submit shop drawings/sample panels/samples to Architect for approval prior to work on those items as noted in the project manual. 4. The Contractor shall apply ad pay for the building permit. 5. The cost of a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Bond in the amount of 100% of the quoted priced is included in the quote, if progress payments are expected by Contractor. 6. The cost of liability insurance to meet current state statues is included in the quote. The Owner will carry "allrisk" property insurance. 7. I understand final payment cannot occur until the following documents are provided: Minnesota Tax Form IC-134 Consent of Surety to Final Payment AIA Document G707 Contractor's Affidavit of Payment of Debts and Claims, AIA Document G706 Contractor's Affidavit of Release of Liens, AIA Document G706A 8. I understand this quote may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days from the date quotes are due.
