Renovation of a mixed-use development in Waco, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment needed for the service to demo and install a new shower pan in (Room 1A105) Building 94. Work performed will be done at the Central Texas Veterans Health Care Facility in Waco, at 4800 Memorial Drive, Waco, Texas 76711, at Building 94. After all work is completed, the contractor will have a walkthrough with the VA COR or Alternative COR to ensure all work is completed and ready to receive payment. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies and supervision for shower pan replacement for Room 1A105 Building 94 in accordance with the Statement of Work. Site Visit: April 05 , 2022, 1:30pm CT. at Bldg 94, 4800 Memorial Drive, Waco, Texas 76711 RFI's due by April 08, 2022 at 1:00 pm CST. All work is to begin within 10 days and completed within 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) The period of performance indicated includes the entire period of performance including material procurement and and delivery. Note: This requirement is set-aside for SDVOSB's. In order to be eligible for award SDVOSB's must be registered and verified in the Vendor Information Pages (VetBiz.gov). MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT: Less than $25,000. Quotes due via email by 1;00pm CST on April 20, 2022 to Damon Crawford at damon.crawford@va.gov.
