The Contractor is responsible for scheduling the Project, coordinating the Subcontractors, and providing other services identified in the Contract Documents. Bidders must comply with the FEDERAL prevailing wage rates pursuant to the Davis Bacon Act for Public Improvements on this project. DOMESTIC STEEL USE REQUIREMENTS AS SPECIFIED IN OHIO REVISED CODE SECTION 153.011 APPLY TO THIS PROJECT.COPIES OF OHIO REVISED CODE SECTION 153.011 CAN BE OBTAINED FROM ANY OF THE OFFICES OF THE OHIO FACILITIES CONSTRUCTION COMMISSION. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within 30 days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to investigate contractor qualifications and experience as necessary to determine the lowest and best bidder.
