Renovation of a mixed-use development in Burkeville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.
Piedmont Geriatric Hospital, located at 5001 East Patrick Henry Hwy., Burkeville, VA 23922 is looking to have the following SURE-GUARD Wire Mesh Partitions installed in our warehouse. -1-1/2" diamond woven wire, No. 10 gage wire in channel framing -The wire mesh partitions will be 7'-0" max. height -115.00 Linear Feet Wire Mesh Partitions -Two sets of wire mesh double swing doors and transoms doors will need to be furnished with standard mortise type cylinder lock (cylinder included - no special keying) -Finish on all materials will need to be one coat of standard shop-applied, air-dried enamel finish tin black color over plain steel Please see diagram attached for more information. This will be awarded on a grand total award basis. Our goal is to have this completed by June 10, 2022. Work Location: 5001 East Patrick Henry Hwy Burkeville, VA 23922
