A. B. Contractor shall use the attached US Department of Labor Wage Determination AR20220035 dated 02/25/22 in accordance with the Davis Bacon Act C. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 per FAR 36.204 and VAAR 836.204. Bid Bonds, Payment Bonds, and Performance Bonds are required. D. NAICS code for this project is 236220 with a small business size standard of $39.5 million. E. This is a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside competitive procurement pursuant to Public Law 109-461 (38 USC 8127). The SDVOSB is required to perform a minimum of 15% of the construction work. The SDVOSB must be a small business under the relevant NAICS code.
