To correct the existing substandard alignment, the bridge will be built on a new 760' horizontal curve. The new deck will provide for a 32-foot clear roadway and include a new PF-1 rail system. The approaches will be built with two twelve-foot travel lanes and 4-foot-wide safety shoulders, W-Beam approach guardrail, and OS safety end treatments. Bridge 80 will be replaced with a new, single span Concrete Bulb-T Beam structure. The new deck will provide for a 28-foot clear roadway and include a new TS-1 rail system. The approaches will be built with two twelve-foot travel lanes and 2-foot-wide paved shoulders, W-Beam approach guardrail, and OS safety end treatments.
