Project is the replacement of existing overhead wiring associated with field lighting, with existing wood poles and light fixtures to remain. ALTERNATE BID #1 : Project is the replacement of existing overhead wiring, branch circuit breakers, cartridge fuses, and light fixtures associated with field lighting, with existing wood poles to remain. The Owner requires all work to be substantially complete by July 29, 2022. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security of a sum no less than 10 percent of the Bid Sum. The bid security shall be either certified check, cashiers check, bank money order or bid bond issued by surety licensed to conduct business in the State of Illinois. Hereinafter this bid security shall be referred to as the bid bond. Submit two copies of your Bid on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or any part thereof, to waive any informality in bidding, and to accept bids deemed most favorable to the Owner.
