Contract period and award The work to replace the dust collector and other related work will be carried out at the Institut Universitaire en Sante Mentale de Quebec (IUSMQ), 2601, Chemin de la Canardiere-Quebec (Quebec) G1J 2G3. The planned start date of the work is May 30, 2022, for an expected duration of 26 weeks. Bid guarantee Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee according to the following conditions: In an amount equivalent to a percentage of the price of the tender and according to the form determined below: o A bid bond issued by a surety and established in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the price of the bid, valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of opening of the bids; Where o A certified check or bank draft made out to CIUSSSCN in the amount of five percent (5%) of the tender price; Where o An irrevocable letter of guarantee issued by a surety and in accordance with the provisions of the "Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee" form of the CIUSSSCN in the amount of five percent (5%) of the price of the tender.
