The work generally consists of a new multi-purpose building, a new library and computer lab building, a new four classroom building, new covered walkways, extension of existing parking lot, renovation of six existing classrooms, and offices spaces, demolition of three existing structures and covered walkways. The estimated construction cost of this project is greater than $10 million. Contract Duration: 974 Calendar Days Contractor License Requirement: A or B Start of Service Date: 05/31/2023 End of Service Date: 09/01/2025 Vendors having questions regarding the project must submit them in writing to the Project Coordinator. Questions must be received no later than 14 calendar days prior to the bid closing date. Addenda and/or bid clarifications (if required) will be issued no later than 7 calendar days prior to the bid closing date
