Reference number : 1588912 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-04-12 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Regional County Municipality (MRC) of Pierre-De Saurel wishes to obtain tenders for the maintenance work, under the supervision of the firm TetraTech inc., of four (4) waterways totaling approximately 6.529 kilometres, that is : C2101 - Cardin stream (Yamaska) C2104 - Saint-Louis Rivers (Yamaska) C2105 - Laplante stream, branch 82 (Saint-Ours) C2110- Nadeau Lachapelle Junction (Saint-Gérard-Majella} This work is aimed at extracting sediment and conforming problematic culverts in order to restore the normal flow of water. The MRC does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the MRC council, in its sole discretion, and the MRC cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. In addition, the selected tenderer may be subject to a performance evaluation according to the criteria set out in the call for tenders documents.
