Reference number : 1588732 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-04-13 Submission sent electronically accepted: No REHABILITATION OF THE LAURIN STREETS DRAINAGE, SAINT-HENRI AND SAINT-ALEXANDRE The Municipality of Napierville is requesting bids for repairs to the stormwater network on rue Laurin between Saint-Henri and Saint-Alexandre (125m), on rue Saint-Henri (50m) and on rue Saint-Alexandre. The work consists briefly in the replacement and addition of storm pipes and the installation of an underground retention basin at the edge of the street. This envelope contains, among other things, one (1) original and two (2) copies of the bid as well as a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check made out to the order of the Municipality of Napierville or a bid bond identifying the Municipality of Napiervilleas beneficiary. The tender must also be accompanied by a letter of commitment for the execution of the work as well as the other documents indicated in the tender form. These documents must be certified originals. To obtain any information relating to this call for tenders, the tenderer must communicate by email with Mrs. Julie Archambault, Director General of the Municipality of Napierville , at the following address: jarchambault@napierville.ca The project that is the subject of this call for tenders must comply with all applicable codes, laws and regulations. The Municipality of Napierville agrees not to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. It does not assume any obligation or costs towards the bidders. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
