Remodeling of an educational facility in South Salt Lake, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
As of 4/11/2022 no award has been made. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Granite School District is requesting the services of a General Contractor to perform a remodel of the Animation and Pharmacy Tech Labs on the third floor at the Granite Technical Institute, 2500 South State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah. This includes items such as: Selective demolition of portions of walls, doors, hollow metal frames and windows, millwork, flooring materials, ceilings, and other assemblies as required to complete the work. Selective demolition of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems as required to complete the work. New partitions, operable walls, doors and frames, millwork, floor finishes, and ceiling systems. Modification of mechanical and electrical systems to suit re-configured spaces. Installation of new audio/visual infrastructure. Questions must be submitted by Monday, April 4, 2022 at 2:00 PM. All questions must be submitted via the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P). Contractor is responsible for reviewing the responses to any questions posted to U3P and acknowledges that all responses become an integral part of the bid package and project requirements.
